The Center's expert delivered a lecture on climate regulation
Anastasiia Basova, Senior expert analyst for Financial Market Development and International Projects, delivered a lecture on the legal framework of low-carbon development in Russia and foreign countries.
The ICLRC actively participates in the development and improvement of the regulatory framework for energy transition and sustainable development and regularly speaks at educational events on relevant topics.
