The topics of the 2025 case, titled “The Virtual Reality Case,” include: the powers of the Commission to monitor compliance with EAEU law, copyright and customs law in the era of artificial intelligence, judicial protection of individuals under EAEU law, and the influence of the EAEU Court’s practice on the administration of justice in the EAEU’s member states.
