Books on international environmental law in the Center's library

On June 5, the entire environmental community celebrates the World Environment Day, established by the UN General Assembly to commemorate the 1972 Stockholm Conference on the Human Environment, which adopted the UN Conference Declaration, including 26 principles of environmental conservation.

The Centre's library has an impressive collection of books on international environmental law, which includes more than 200 printed and electronic editions. Among them:

  • Principles of International Environmental Law / P. Sands, J. Peel. 4th edition;
  • Research Handbook on Fundamental Concepts of Environmental Law / ed. by D. Fisher. 2nd edition;
  • International Law Obligations on Climate Change Mitigation / B. Mayer;
  • Saving the Oceans Through Law : the International Legal Framework for the Protection of the Marine Environment / J. Harrison.
