Russian-language acquisitions of the library
The Center's library has acquired a number of books in Russian, including:
- Legal Systems Very Different from Ours by David Friedman, et al.
A brief overview of 13 legal systems that existed in different periods of human history.
- International Military Tribunal for the Far East: the history of the establishment and international legal aspects of the activities by Anton Lestev
The book is devoted to the activities of the tribunal, which, along with the Nuremberg Tribunal, laid the foundation for the development of international criminal law and justice.
- Commonly Used Clauses of a Contract Subject to English Law by Alexey Dubinchin
This is the first book in Russian, which is a practical guide to reading and drafting contracts subject to English law.
