Subsidiary Liability of Persons Controlling the Debtor and Beneficiaries (in Russian)

The purpose of the research is to study the experience of foreign law in matters concerning:

• the circle of persons who may be held liable for the debts of a person declared bankrupt;
• the forms and conditions for bringing third parties to responsibility before creditors who have not received full satisfaction of their claims;
• the procedure for the creation and functioning of registers of beneficiaries and the possibility of their use for the purpose of bringing third parties to account for the debts of a bankrupt.
