Foreign Regulation in the Field of Seizure of Privately Held Land for Public Use (in Russian)

The foreign law has been studied to determine the grounds and conditions for the seizure of land for public needs, including the condition for the payment of compensation to the rights holder.

The concretization of the concept of public needs, cost-effective and fair seizure is given.

The analysis of the permissibility of seizure in favor of private individuals (when public needs are satisfied only indirectly) is also researched.
