Comparative Legal Study of the Legislation on Regulation of Negative Impact on the Environment, Economic Incentives for Responsible Environmental Management, Compensation for Environmental Damage and Waste Management in the Russian Federation and Foreign Countries (in Russian)

The research aimss to find a balance between private and public, economic and environmental interests in the regulation of certain types of environmental relations in the field of oil and gas production and refining (including in the production of petrochemical products), as well as to develop a model of optimal regulation based on the analysis of foreign and Russian experience.

The study contains conclusions and recommendations concerning improving Russian environmental legislation.
