Vladislav is engaged in efforts to enhance the regulatory framework in the fields of international arbitration and mediation. Since 2023, he has been working in the International Law and Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

In 2022, Vladislav earned his bachelor's degree from Kazan Federal University, and in 2024, he obtained a master's degree from the Higher School of Economics (Master's programme in Law of International Trade and Dispute Resolution). He is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Vladislav's research focuses on the law of international treaties, international trade, unilateral restrictive measures, and other related areas.

He also completed a professional development course on legal services for member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) at the China University of Political Science and Law in 2023, as well as a course on the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments in civil and commercial matters at The Hague Academy of International Law in 2024.

Additionally, Vladislav is a member of the Russian Federation’s delegation to UNCITRAL (participating in Working Groups II and III).
