Anastasia Koroleva

In 2019, she graduated from the Master’s programme at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), specialising in “Intellectual Property Law”. From 2019 to 2022, she pursued postgraduate studies at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL). In 2023, she successfully defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences in the speciality 5.1.3 “Private Law (Civil Law) Sciences”, entitled “Exclusive Rights to Industrial Design Objects”.

Her primary area of expertise is intellectual property law. She actively participates in the preparation of legal opinions and provides expert and analytical support for draft regulatory legal acts relating to intellectual property rights and scientific and technological development.

She is the author of more than 25 academic publications addressing various issues of intellectual property law, including those arising in the context of digitalisation.
