Mikhail Novoselov is Executive Director for External Relations and Information at Freedom Finance Global, the largest brokerage and investment company in Central Asia. His areas of responsibility and professional interest include comparative and competitive analysis of global markets and their regulatory frameworks, the development of international financial and economic ties among CIS countries, as well as long-term strategy, sustainable development, digital assets, and artificial intelligence.
Previously, he worked at some of Russia’s leading analytical and research centres specialising in financial market regulation and the development of the artificial intelligence industry.
Mikhail is a graduate of the Institute of Asian and African Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University, where he studied Asian and African Studies. He also holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from HSE University.
He regularly contributes to business and academic publications and speaks at professional conferences on the development of financial markets and the digital asset industry.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mikhail is a multiple champion of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Central Asia in intellectual games and a former participant in the elite television club “What? Where? When?”.
