Alexandra Khlebnova joined Climate and Ecology in the ICLRC
Alexandra Khlebnova joined the ICLRC as an Expert on Climate Change Policy. Previously she worked in the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. She also served as a member of Russian delegations at UNFCCC COP and subsidiary bodies sessions, and negotiator on the impacts of implementation of response measures. Alexandra's professional interests are climate change and international law, just transition, environmental law, and sustainable development.
