Jessup 2025 (Russian Rounds)
On 3–9 February 2025, the Russian Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition will be held in MGIMO University.
By tradition, the ICLRC supports the Russian stage of the moot court in 2025.
This year's case concerns maritime boundaries, immunity of state officials, interpretation of a dispute resolution clause in the charter of a regional organization, and a difficult choice between two individuals who claim to be the current president of the state. Teams will have to file memoranda for the states of Ambrosia and Rovinia and present them before practicing lawyers and academics who will act as judges of the International Court of Justice.
More details on the website . If you have any questions, please contact Evgeniya Neverova, the administrator of the Russian rounds: jessuprussia@ilsa.org.
