Alevtina Kamelkova is the founder and managing partner of Findustrial Consulting Group. She specializes in regulatory and legal support of infrastructure and cross-border projects in the fintech and IT sectors, related to the structuring and issuance of various digital financial instruments, as well as the creation and provision of infrastructure for their issuance and circulation.
Before establishing Findustrial Consulting Group, she led the fintech division at the legal bureau Ivanyan and Partners and the Moscow office of Baker McKenzie. Prior to that, for over ten years, she headed legal departments in transnational companies such as Alcatel-Lucent CIS and Nokia Eastern Europe and CIS, and she also worked in the banking sector.
She is a member of the Expert Council at the Coordination Council for Digitalization of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and heads the working group on DFA in the Expert Council on Digital Transformation at the Committee on the Financial Market of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Findustrial Consulting Group specializes in comprehensive regulatory and legal support for fintech projects. Since 2020, it has been supporting the Atomyze project in Russia. The company's achievements include the development of the first rules for the Operator of the Information System and obtaining the first OIS license in Russia, the development of the structure and issuance documentation for the first DFAs, including DFAs for the value of shares (the Minetoken project), DFAs and hybrid digital rights for precious metals, receivables and m2, structuring contributions to the fund through DFA, the first regulated NFT in Russia and many other innovative fintech projects both in Russia and abroad.
