New note (in Rusian): The EU Regulatory Package Aimed at Decarbonizing the Gas Market

In December 2021, the European Commission published an updated EU regulation package to decarbonize the gas market. The set of measures aims to attain the EU's climate target of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2030 and reaching net zero emissions by 2050.
