A meeting of the working group “Consolidated Regulatory Measures” on the adaptation of the Russian economy to the global energy transition took place
Andrey Chaika, Deputy Director of the Department for Competition, Energy Efficiency, and Environment of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and Ekaterina Salugina-Sorokovaya, Executive Secretary of the working group, held a meeting, at which comments and suggestions were presented to the relevant section of the Operational Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy of Socio-Economic Development of the Russian Federation until 2050.

From February 2019 to March 2020, she was Director of the Department of Regulatory Policy of the Government of the Russian Federation. From April 2020 to April 2021, she served as Director of the Department of International Law and Cooperation of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. From April 2021 to February 2023 — General Director of the International and Comparative Law Research Center. Ph.D. in Law.
