Research advisors of the Investment Law and Arbitration Lab

We are glad to introduce the research advisors of the Investment Law and Arbitration Lab, Anna Kozyakova and Olga Boltenko.

Anna Kozyakova is a teacher and researcher in the field of international and international economic law, author of courses on legal writing and research techniques in legal studies. Over the past few years, we have also collaborated with Anna as part of the Center’s participation in UNCITRAL Working Group III sessions where ICLRC is an observer.

Olga Boltenko is a dispute resolution partner with Fangda Partners in Hong Kong. Olga acted as legal counsel in investor-State disputes under the auspices of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the ICSID, the SCC, the ICC, etc. She teaches arbitration and investment law at the universities of Hong Kong and Phnom Penh.
