On the Road to Antalya: COP31 Agenda

From 9 to 20 November 2026, the 31th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change will take place in Antalya, Türkiye. This is a key milestone for the international climate regime, where the most important decisions on the implementation of the provisions of the UNFCCC, the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement are adopted.

This year, the conference is organized under a unique joint leadership model, with presidency functions shared between Türkiye, Australia, and the Pacific island states. The International and Comparative Law Research Center is an accredited observer to the UNFCCC and will attend COP31 in Antalya.
