Presentation of Aisylu Latypova's research International Legal Aspects of Activities in the Field of Artificial Intelligence

On 28 November 2025 at 16:00 (UTC+3), Aisylu Latypova, a participant of the Scholarship Programme for Young International Law Researchers of the International and Comparative Law Research Center, will present the final results of her research.

The presentation will cover:

- the problem of defining artificial intelligence

- existing approaches to its regulation

- contradictions created by artificial intelligence in the context of existing legal categories

- prospects for developing an approach that would consider artificial intelligence as an important element of reality, rather than just an external threat that needs to be contained.

The event will be held in a hybrid format: in person at the ICLRC library (14 building 3 Kadashevskaya Embankment, Moscow) and online.
