PhD in Law. Svetlana specialises in sustainable development and ESG transformation services, environmental impact assessment, and the development of corporate biodiversity conservation programmes and biodiversity offset schemes. Prior to joining Kept, she worked for organisations including the Analytical Centre for the Government of the Russian Federation, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), as well as institutions within the system of Russia’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Svetlana is the Head of the Biodiversity Conservation Subcommittee of Rosstandart Technical Committee 409 “Protection of the Natural Environment”, and also serves as the representative of the Russian Federation on ISO Technical Committee 331 “Biodiversity Conservation”.
