Ekaterina Salugina-Sorokovaya is appointed Executive Secretary of two of the ten working groups on the adaptation of the Russian economy to the global energy transition

On September 11, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin approved a list of working groups on planning and implementing measures to adapt the economy of the Russian Federation to the global energy transition, Deputy Prime Ministers supervising their activities, and the heads of ten working groups.

Following the meeting chaired by Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Ilya Torosov, the ICLRC General Director, Ekaterina Salugina-Sorokovaya, became the Executive Secretary of the working groups “Consolidated Regulatory Measures” and “Green Finance”, and also joined the working groups “Analytics” and “The Impact of Energy Transition on Regions and Adaptation to Climate Change”.

The tasks and expected results of the activities and the preliminary membership of the working groups operating within the framework of the governmental project on the adaptation of the Russian economy to the global energy transition were approved.
