Ekaterina Ivanova and Daniil Moshnikov joined Public International Law at the ICLRC
Two outstanding experts — Ekaterina Ivanova and Daniil Moshnikov — have joined the Center’s public international law division.
Daniil previously participated in the research writings as the Center’s external expert and was the listener of our Summer School on public international law, he also has experience in consulting and teaching.
Ekaterina graduated from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) in 2023 and undertook an internship at the Center. Now she is the Center’s Associate expert in public international law.

Daniil graduated from the Institute of Law of the Baltic Federal University, where he received bachelor’s and master’s degree in law. He received his post-graduate degree at the School of International Law at the HSE University. Daniil has publications in Russian and foreign peer-reviewed journals.
Prior to joining the ICLRC, he worked at a law firm. Over three years of his post-graduate studies, Daniil had been a lecturer at the HSE University and taught courses related to International law. He also participated in the “International Law in the Digital Age” research and study group.
Daniil was an assistant to Mr. E. Zagaynov on 75th Session of International Law Commission.
Fluent in Russian and English.
In 2023, Ekaterina graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) named after Patrice Lumumba. From June to September 2023, she had been undertaking an internship at the International and Comparative Law Research Center. Since September 2023, she is a permanent employee of the international division of the Center. Research interests: international human rights protection, international environmental law, international private law, international criminal law.
