Advisory Centre on International Investment Law and Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform

The Investment Law and Arbitration Lab participants have prepared their first article* (in Russian) as part of the project.

Our researchers — Daria Zavershinskaia, Artem Kasumyan, and Kseniia Kuritcyna, directed by Anna Kozyakova, analyzed various aspects of the establishment and functioning of the Advisory Centre.

Project of Advisory Centre is being developed under the auspices of UNCITRAL Working Group III and aims to provide primarily developing and least developed States with support and assistance in ISDS.

The Investment Law and Arbitration Lab is an expert platform for the study of various issues of investor-state dispute settlement reform conducted by the UNCITRAL Working Group III.
