About The library
The Library is open for everyone interested in public and private international law, international arbitration, as well as comparative law: scholars, students and postgraduates of Russian and foreign universities, representatives of State authorities, etc.
The Library collection includes both classical and modern publications on public and private international law, international arbitration, as well as comparative law in various languages.
The ICLRC also provides access to major international and Russian online legal databases containing books, periodicals, legislative texts, and case law.
The Library’s collection is constantly replenished with due regard to the needs and recommendations of researchers and readers. You can recommend a book or an electronic database for the Library.
