The International and Comparative Law Research Center is thrilled to support RIMA Winter Academy on International Arbitration 2025!

Winter Academy on International Arbitration is an educational platform for young professionals to gain a deeper understanding of international arbitration. The Winter Academy is an opportunity for individuals from various backgrounds to gather, exchange knowledge, participate in practical sessions, and engage in foundational courses on arbitration. Participants have the chance to delve into intriguing and thorough topics in the realm of international commercial arbitration.

The 5th edition of the Winter Academy will be focused on a wide range of post-arbitration issues such as partial awards, setting aside, asset tracing, parallel proceedings and more. Additionally, the Academy will feature speakers from different jurisdictions and cultures to highlight diverse perspectives and approaches to solving universal problems of arbitration.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss these and other topics live with outstanding lecturers, including Prof. Teresa Cheng, Adrian Cole, Prof. Andrea Schneider, Prof. Chiann Bao, Prof. Dr. Bernardo M. Cremades, Elizabeth Chan, and others.
