Research on Foreign Experience in Regulating Inter-Budgetary Relations (in Russian)

The study analyzes the distribution of financial assistance between different budget levels, examines the mechanisms of financial alignment of budgets of different territories, takes into account three levels of regulation of inter-budgetary relations: international, supranational and national.
