A gift from Коrеа

In October 2025, Rae Kwon Chung, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate and former adviser to the UN Secretary-General on climate change issues, visited the Center. A pleasant continuation of the visit was the book "기후 담판" ("Climate Negotiations"), published in Korean, which was handed over to the Center’s library.

In the book, Mr. Chung shares 30 years of experience in international environmental diplomacy, describes key milestones in international climate policy, from the Montreal Protocol to the Paris Agreement, and offers practical solutions for the transition to a low-carbon future.
